I’m developing a comprehensive short-course that answers the question “What actually works to get the body I want after 40?”
What worked in our 20s & 30s doesn’t bring results any more, and rather than wasting years trying one quick-fix after another – I want to bring the current, science-backed information together in one place for you.
It’s designed to be a roadmap that explains how hormone fluctuations affect all your body systems and functions, and how to work with your body’s changing needs to achieve a strong, confident, capable and independent body.
I speak with women over 40 all the time, and regularly hear:
-
- I’m eating and exercising the same as I used to, but I’m gaining weight!
- I tried cutting carbs but nothing changes.
- How can I possibly eat more and lose weight? That doesn’t make sense.
- I used to do intermittent fasting, but I’m not getting the same results any more.
The solution isn’t very complicated (surprisingly!), but understanding HOW and WHY it works requires a solid understanding of what is happening in our bodies as we approach the huge hormonal changes of perimenopause. Without that understanding, it is incredibly difficult to overcome the decades of conditioning that told us to count calories, cut carbs, do endless cardio… all in the pursuit of a skinnier frame and a smaller number on the scale!
My goal is to provide clarity around the interplay between hormones, exercise, muscle, gut health, bone density, nutrition and fat loss.
Once you have that lightbulb moment – I really don’t think it’s overstating it to say… everything changes!
Then you can actually implement the changes that support:
-
- increased strength,
- improved mood,
- higher energy,
- more confidence,
- better balance, and,
- nice dense bones.
And usually if you have some fat to lose, that starts happening as a natural side effect.
If you never want to diet or count calories again, but you want a strong body that will allow you to enjoy an independent life for decades…

Thanks so much — I really appreciate your input!
